Overview
We are partnering with a rapidly growing construction labour supplier making significant strides across the UK market. We are seeking an ambitious and commercially savvy Business Development Manager to expand their reach and support more companies within the residential and civil construction sectors.
With an experienced resourcing team in place, this role focuses on business development and account management, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact during a pivotal growth phase.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
2. Conducting cold calls, client meetings, and attending industry events
3. Negotiating terms of business and profit margins
4. Representing the business at networking events and site visits across Midlands, Manchester, and London
5. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience in sales within the construction or labour supply industry
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. A relationship-builder with a commercial mindset
4. Full UK driving licence
5. Understanding of recruitment processes and relevant legislation is a plus
