My client is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Product Co-Ordinator to support their Product Team in the end-to-end delivery of customer-driven solutions that meet industry needs and objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery activities across internal and external teams.
- Monitor performance against service level agreements.
- Support financial tracking and reporting for products and services.
- Assist in resolving customerplaints and feedback.
- Analyse data to inform product performance and delivery.
- Share insights and reports across teams to support decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.
- Represent thepany at internal and external meetings.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Confidentmunicator across written, verbal, and face-to-face formats.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Numerate andputer-literate with attention to detail.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and customer service.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting product or service delivery.
- Background in product/service or project management environments.
This is an additional role required by the client, and the temp contract is initially for 3 months, but could be longer. The role is based in Bircham Newton, but hybrid working will be offered once fully trained.
