⚙️ The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a range of industrial plant and process equipment within a fast-paced operational environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Electrical and mechanical fault finding on industrial machinery
Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to maximise uptime
Reactive breakdown response to minimise operational disruption
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Working closely with operations and fellow engineers
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to engineering best practice
Shift Pattern
Days only
Any 5 days over 7 (rota-based, includes some weekends)
Consistent daytime hours
Stable, predictable working pattern
Salary & Benefits
£45,000 – £47,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding capability
Background in industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, or process-driven environments
Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ, HNC, apprenticeship, or equivalent)
Proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
