Joining a small central team, you will play a key part in delivering an improved employee lifecycle experience. We are looking for an experienced professional who doesn’t just input data but understands the mechanics of payroll and HR compliance. Someone who takes pride in delivering timely, accurate and auditable process outputs.
Duties include but not limited to:
* Payroll Integrity - Capture data, enrolments, leavers and adjustments from P/t work patterns to pay changes. Verify input alignment with policy and statutory regulations to ensure 100% accuracy and mitigate the risk of over / under payment.
* Recruitment & Onboarding - Support recruitment and the transition from candidate to colleague. You will generate offers and ensure rigorous pre-employment screening, including Baseline Personnel Security checks.
* HR Portal - Professionally resolve / action manager and employee queries on procedure, leave, benefits, changes, etc.
* Process Development - help us evolve, identify bottlenecks, map workflows and document process instructions.
* Reporting & Governance: Ensure data security and process adherence; generate reports and management Information analysis.
Skills and experience required:
* Technically proficient - A solid background in managing payroll input and exploiting payroll systems (IHCM2 or Oracle Fusion experience a significant advantage).
* High standards - A strong work ethic, ‘can-do’ attitude and the personal organisational skills to handle multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality.
* Logical mindset – You are a logical thinker who can map a process as easily as you can build a spreadsheet and are always looking for a better way to do things.
* Communication & Discretion - You handle data with total confidentiality and communicate professionally, building trust with managers and employees.
* IT Skills: You are a proficient user of Excel and the wider Microsoft 365 suite.
