Quantity Surveyor
Location: Cardiff
Deliver Major Infrastructure Projects Across South Wales
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage the commercial delivery of highways and infrastructure projects
* Prepare cost estimates, budgets and financial forecasts
* Administer NEC contracts, including variations and compensation events
* Produce CVRs and commercial reports
* Support procurement and tender processes
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, local authorities and contractors
* Identify commercial risks and value engineering opportunities
What You’ll Need
* Experience within highways or civil engineering projects
* Strong NEC contract knowledge
* Excellent communication and commercial skills
* Experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial management
* Professional qualifications are desirable
