Join a Truly Special SEMH School in West Molesey
A Small Provision Making a Big Difference
We’re looking for an exceptional person to join a very small, nurturing SEMH provision in West Molesey, supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs, trauma, and ACEs (adverse childhood experiences). This is not a typical school environment — it’s a safe, relational space where every child is known, valued and supported at their own pace.
In this role, you’ll be part of a close-knit team providing trauma-informed, emotionally attuned and highly personalised support. You’ll help create calm, consistent routines, model emotional regulation and offer pupils the steady, compassionate presence they can rely on.
Hours: 8:00/8:30 – 15:30
Start date: From 5th January
We’re looking for someone who is:
Kind and trusting – able to build warm, authentic relationships
Patient and resilient – remaining calm and grounded even on challenging days
Open-minded and reflective – willing to adapt approaches and learn alongside the team
Trauma-informed – with a good understanding of emotional regulation, safeguarding and the unique needs of children who have experienced adversity
If you believe in the power of connection, understand the importance of safety and consistency, and want to help young people feel seen, heard and supported, we’d love to hear from you.
