The Opportunity
We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in account management within an exciting tech-driven environment.
You'll work closely with our two Senior Account Managers, gaining hands-on experience in the automotive sector, while supporting key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Account Managers in managing relationships with automotive sector client
* Provide admin support including quote preparation and documentation
* Handle incoming client calls and email communications professionally
* Assist in the co-ordination of Sales orders
* Promoting the Rallye Digital brand within client meetings
* Maintain accurate client records / CRM
* Learn and develop account management skills under expert guidance
What We're Looking For
* Adaptive, clear communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
* A proactive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn
* Confident telephone manner and confidence with challenging conversations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Interest in technology and innovation
* Able and motivated to work alone but also to be able to collaborate and communicate with the wider team
* Previous administrative or customer service experience is desirable
