What you’ll be doing:
* You'll engage with our candidate network daily, offering career and market advice, and supporting them in their search for new roles
* After deepening your industry expertise, you will win and grow business with new and existing clients, through building relationships, researching the market, calling businesses, referrals, and gaining a clear understanding what hiring managers need to help them solve their hiring problems.
* You will work across the full lifecycle of recruitment, winning your own clients writing your own adverts, sourcing candidates arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, offer management and onboarding
* Build and nurture deep specialist talent pools in your chosen tech vertical
* You will work hard to become a known voice in your market through events, networking and online presence
* You will the full recruitment lifecycle and make a genuine impact on careers and businesses
* Exceptional earnings: Uncapped commission up to 35%

What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in sales or business development
* Ambitious, competitive and hard working
* Coachable with GRIT and drive
* A natural communicator who enjoys networking and meeting people
