* Up to £35,000 package
* Working 40 hours a week across 5 days

Responsibilities as the Bar Manager
* Leading the bar team to deliver fast, friendly and knowledgeable service
* Overseeing the creation and presentation of drinks, from signature cocktails to local beers and fine wines
* Ensuring a clean, welcoming and well-stocked bar environment
* Training, motivating and developing junior staff to reach their full potential
* Supporting the wider F&B operation with events and private functions
* Taking ownership of stock control, ordering and cost management
* Being a visible and approachable leader who sets the tone for a brilliant guest experience
