Sales and Marketing Executive. Sandstone Care Group

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales and Marketing Executive to support our customer enquiries and marketing activity. This is a varied role that involves working closely with both internal teams and external contacts to help promote our services and support occupancy across our care homes.
This is a diverse and rewarding role supporting the marketing and enquiry process across our care homes. You’ll act as a first point of contact for new enquiries, ensuring accurate records and timely responses, while also supporting broader marketing activities, including social media, printed materials, and collaboration with external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for all incoming customer and client enquiries
* Log and manage enquiries in internal CRM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Provide information and guidance to prospective clients and families about services offered
* Follow up on enquiries regularly to support conversion to occupancy
* Liaise directly with care home teams to ensure smooth progression of leads
* Distribute printed and electronic marketing materials as required
* Assist with the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives
* Support the maintenance and updating of social media platforms
* Work with external suppliers and marketing agencies as directed
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
* Track and report on marketing-related expenditure
* Participate in marketing events, open days, or campaigns as needed
* Carry out periodic visits to care homes to support promotional and engagement efforts
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Effective time management and task prioritisation
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or enquiry tracking platforms (preferred)
* Understanding of marketing principles and practices, both digital and traditional
* Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content posting best practices
* Awareness of the adult social care sector (desirable but not essential)
* UK driving license desirable, due to travel requirements between care homes
