National Account Executive (Full time / Hybrid) - London, UK
To support our business and growth we are looking for National Account Executive for UK & Ireland retailers. As National Account Executive you will report directly to our National Account Manager and will be part of a small but dynamic London team in the Unilever Prestige offices and work closely with colleagues in The Netherlands.
We are looking for a team player to help drive the retail channel growth by supporting the National Account Manager to deliver financial results, execute excellent retail activations, grow brand awareness and strengthen professional relationships with retail partners. The successful candidate will have a commercial mindset that is both analytical, methodical and numerate but also creative and with a passion for skincare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with organisation and execution of retail partnerships including events, VM, activations etc.
* Gather and monitor market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
* Responsible for New Line Forms, assortments, planograms and PDP assets
* Collate weekly and monthly retail sales reports, track performance on store and product level.
* Responsible for product sampling for selected partners
* Assist with events in person and undergo store visits to monitor appearance
What You Bring:
* Educational Background: Marketing/Business
* Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience
* Retail knowledge: Experience and knowledge of UK premium beauty retailers
* Organised and methodical
* Collaborates well internally and with retail partners
* Self-starting, ability to work independently and take responsibility
* Ambitious and highly driven to succeed with good level of professional and commercial flair
