The Role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students across KS3 and KS4 with classwork, literacy, numeracy, and general engagement Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to help students reach their full potential Provide support within specific departments or across the wider school Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment What We’re Looking For A degree in any subject area (2:2 or above preferred) Strong communication skills and confidence working with young people A genuine interest in education or youth development Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive attitude Experience with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work) is beneficial but not essential Why This Role?
