Health and Safety Consultant
Salary: Starting from £40,000 + Benefits
Location: North-West England (UK Wide sites)
We are seeking a Health and Safety Consultant to join our growing team in the North-West UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to deliver vital health and safety services across a diverse range of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and guidance to clients to help clients fulfil their CDM (2015) duties
* Collaborate with design teams to identify and manage project hazards
* Collate and manage pre-construction information
* Liaise with construction teams for ongoing H&S information exchange
* Prepare construction phase health and safety plans and H&S files
* Conduct site inspections and audits
* Assist Principal Contractors and Contractors with H&S compliance
* Account manage a portfolio of clients and workload
* Draft method statements and risk assessments (RAMS)
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a construction health & safety role
* Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and Principal Designer duties
* NEBOSH General and/or Construction Certificate (or higher)
* Full UK driving licence and own transport
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills
