About the RoleJoining our team as a Subcontracting Administrator, you will be responsible for procuring goods and services for Trescal UK and the coordination of sub-contract work, as well as ensuring supply chain compliance and governance. You will also build supplier relationships, ensuring supplier performance is maintained in line with agreed KPIs to maximise customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for: · Managing sub-contract jobs and compliance with agreed KPIs and delivery times. · Raising purchase orders for sub-contract work, new equipment, and replacement parts. · Ensuring compliance with sub-contract governance and working with the UK tech team to address queries. · Assisting with negotiating prices & recovery of all associated costs. · Communicate effectively with internal departments.
