About the HLTA Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
* Provide small group and one-to-one support to pupils.
* Assist teachers with planning, preparation and assessment.
* Cover classes during teacher absence and maintain high learning standards.
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive school environment.
This HLTA position is ideal for experienced teaching assistants ready to take on more responsibility or for qualified HLTAs seeking flexible agency work in Newbury schools.
