Our client, a well-established supplier of high-quality vehicle parts, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Business Development Manager to join their team, covering the Medway, Tonbridge, and Canterbury areas of Kent.
This is an excellent Parts Business Development Manager opportunity for a skilled sales professional to play a crucial position in expanding the company’s customer base and driving revenue growth within the automotive parts industry.

Supportive and dynamic working environmentDuties of the Parts Business Development Manager:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase parts sales revenue in designated territories
Identify and secure new customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs as a Parts Business Development Manager
Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of genuine parts to mechanic and bodyshop clients
Manage customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with centre managers and colleagues to support marketing initiatives and sales campaigns
Analyse market data to identify opportunities and optimise sales approaches
Keep updated with product knowledge and market trends to effectively meet customer needs and address objectionsRequirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive parts sector
Strong understanding of trade parts and supplier operations
Demonstrable success in developing new business and managing customer relationships
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good IT literacy and data analysis skills
Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
