Your new role

You’ll lead cost planning and financial control across a diverse portfolio of projects, from feasibility through to final account. You’ll advise clients on procurement strategies, manage tender processes, and oversee contract administration. You’ll also mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
What you'll need to succeed

* MRICS chartership
* Proven experience in commercial quantity surveying
* Strong understanding of JCT and NEC contracts
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CostX experience desirable
* Full, clean driving licence
