This role will act as the main support for the Total Reward function within the People Team at Costain, with responsibility for compiling and analysing data, and providing insights that support the Total Reward Strategy. The role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of cyclical reward activities, the ongoing maintenance of the company's job architecture, as well as providing day-to-day advice and support to key stakeholders on the Company's Total Reward package. The Total Reward Advisor will continually look to make process improvements that offer greater efficiency and effectiveness that helps drive forward our people agenda.
The ideal candidate will have confident interpersonal skills, be highly numerate, have excellent attention to detail and will be able to adapt well to changes within the business. This role enjoys hybrid working and will require you to work minimum 1 day per week in our Maidenhead office.
