About the role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our depot as a Commercial Tyre Depot Manager. As Depot Manager, you will share our passion for engagement, building strong relationships across the depot network and the wider business.
1. Provide effective leadership to a team of Commercial Tyre Technicians in challenging situations and critical timeframes
2. Assist in the day-to-day tasks of the depot as and when required including HR based tasks such as employee engagement, skill development, and addressing knowledge gaps
3. Manage the allocation of workload, ensuring efficient resource management within the team
4. Generate key reports for the depot and provide regular updates to the Regional Operations Manager on team performance and operational activities
