Are you a driven graduate looking to start your career in sales within the technology consulting space?
We’re hiring a Graduate Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build pipeline, engage new prospects, and support senior sales and consulting teams within a fast growing, global consulting business.
What you’ll be doing
• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualifying inbound and outbound leads
• Booking meetings for senior sales and consulting leaders
• Managing and updating CRM data accurately
• Tracking outreach activity and performance metrics
• Representing the business at industry events and conferences
What we’re looking for
• 1–3 years’ experience in a BDR or SDR role (or strong graduate with sales exposure)
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and lead qualification
• Organised, proactive, and target driven
• Interest in enterprise technology or SaaS
What’s on offer
• Competitive base salary with uncapped commission OTE (65K-70K)
