Full-time Band 5 Theatre Practitioner in Elective Orthopaedic Theatres at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.

Responsibilities
* Ensure the highest standards of care and safety within the Elective Orthopaedic Theatres.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and maintain systems and processes that uphold standards.
* Provide ongoing orientation and mentor support; support continuous personal development.
* Support colleagues and foster a learning culture that values high quality safe patient care.
* Work in partnership with Orthopaedic colleagues to ensure multidisciplinary teamwork to achieve shared goals/outcomes.
* Demonstrate flexibility and strong organisational skills; be enthusiastic and motivated to improve services.
* Maintain effective communication and interact with peers, junior and senior colleagues; willingness to learn a variety of theatre skills and engage in departmental link roles.
