Our client based in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh have opportunities for people with a passion for Sales/Customer Service to join their team on a working from home basis. (Must be living in N Ireland)
As the Inbound Sales Advisor, your duties will include
1. Answering calls from new customers
2. Taking customer details and providing a quote for the product
3. Suggestively selling products and services to customers - making them aware of all that is available
4. Communicating with customers regarding queries, questions and issues
5. Maintaining positive relationships and ensuring repeat /return customers
6. Displaying knowledge about products and services
7. Maintaining CRM database
Hours of work:
8. Mon - Fri 9am - / - 6pm
9. per wk
Requirements:
The ideal Inbound Sales Advisor will be energetic, target driven and will have
10. Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, professional telephone manner
11. PC literacy with good typing skills and ability to use basic Microsoft Office packages
12. A positive attitude and be hard working
13. Strong team player skills
14. 1 years' experience in a sales role / strong customer facing role
