Customer Service Agent

Salary: £29,407 pa + bonus up to £1,470 pa OTE

Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / Monday to Friday plus Weekend on a rota

Responsibilities

* As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key role in taking our award-winning service directly to customers' doors and ensuring our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.
* Be at the centre of a busy branch, delivering a great service with a smile and confidently handling multiple tasks at once.
* Resolve customer rental queries, administer customer accounts, and oversee daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.


Requirements

* No prior industry or vehicle rental administration experience is required—our proven induction training will take care of that.
* Strong customer service know-how, administration skills, and a calm, can-do attitude.
* Full UK or EU Driving Licence.
