What makes you great
* Transport Management CPC is required, or a willingness to work towards it with support
* Experience managing transport operations across multiple sites, with a focus on collaboration and service delivery
* Familiarity with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards and approaches to managing operational risk
* Experience managing budgets and performance using KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement and accountability
* Strong leadership and people skills, including experience building positive working relationships in unionised environments
* NEBOSH and ADR qualifications are desirable, and we’re committed to supporting training and development in these areas
* Knowledge of industrial gases or similar sectors is a plus, but not essential
* Demonstrate integrity and inclusive leadership, role modelling behaviours that contribute to a respectful, safe, and welcoming workplace
