What you will be doing:
* Leading a team of Care Assistants.
* Managing the day-to-day needs of our residents.

What you need to succeed:
* At least 2 years’ experience in delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant.
* Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willingness to sign up for or work towards it).
* Trained in medication administration.
* Excellent people and customer service skills.
* Ability to induct and supervise junior staff.
* Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team.
* Good communication skills — verbal (great communication within the team and with external professionals), written (ability to write and maintain care plans), and digital skills.
* Caring attitude.
