This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HSE Coordinator or Advisor to step up and lead a company-wide safety culture across multiple UK sites.
The role offers variety and visibility typically three days a week on-site and two days at head office, working closely with a leadership team that truly values Health, Safety, and Environment. Youll gain hands-on exposure to ISO management systems, external accreditations, and take ownership of a multi-site HSE function where every day brings fresh challenges and the chance to make a real impact from day one.
What Youll Do
1. Design and deliver a group-wide HSE strategy aligned with ISO standards.
2. Act as the key advisor to managers, ensuring compliance with legislation and customer requirements.
3. Lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations translating findings into practical actions.
4. Train, coach, and inspire teams at all levels using engaging and effective communication.
5. Maintain and continually improve HSE policies, reporting, and accreditations.
6. Present quarterly HSE updates to the Operating Board and ensure the business stays ahead of legislative changes....
