Liverpool Football Club is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our new Kop Bar at Anfield. This permanent role involves 35 hours per week in a brand‑new food and drink destination at the heart of the stadium. You will work in modern, purpose‑built kitchens and support the delivery of fresh, high‑quality food across matchdays and non‑matchday service.
Responsibilities
* Lead a skilled and passionate brigade in a fast‑paced environment.
* Support the planning and execution of daily menu items.
* Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
* Maintain and enforce effective food safety, health & safety, and COSHH procedures.
* Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong experience in a similar Sous Chef role.
* Comfortable leading kitchen sections and managing staff.
* Proven ability to develop and manage kitchen teams.
* Holder of a basic Food Hygiene qualification.
* Strong understanding of food safety, health & safety, and COSHH.
