As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will vary. You will provide outstanding quality based patient‑centred care to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding quality based patient‑centred care to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
* Focus on a safe and secure medicines management service, ensuring patient medical records are maintained to the agreed standard at all times and ensuring standard operating procedures are followed to a high and orderly standard.
* Deliver non‑judgemental care within the scope of professional standards, ranging from the timely administration of medicines to analysing cost‑effective prescribing as defined through our unique Health in Justice medicines policy.
* Work as a key member of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, making a real difference.

Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3, or above, BTEC or equivalent.
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
* Up to date with Continual Professional Development (CPD).
* Relevant post‑qualification pharmacy experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures.
* Experience in hospital, community or prison environment (ideal but not essential).
Working Hours & Salary
This is a full‑time role: 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday 7:15 – 19:00, Saturday – Sunday 8:15 – 19:00. One catch‑up shift approximately every six weeks. Salary: £34,428 – £41,659 per annum (FTE), depending on experience. Part‑time hours can be considered.
About the Role
HMP Eastwood Park, a female prison with 400 capacity, located near Bristol. The Health in Justice team at Practice Plus Group serves over 53 secure environments, young offenders and immigration removal centres, providing NHS services to over 40,000 patients.
