 
        
        Project Support Officer – North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust
Full-time Band 4 position (WTE) to support the Head of Digital Programmes with the successful delivery of digital projects. The post holder will work with the team to develop future modules of TrakCare, the Trust's EPR solution, and associated projects.
Job Summary
Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Programme Management Team, ensuring the timely modelling and delivery of project documentation, diary management, stakeholder communication, training delivery, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
 * Prepare and maintain project documentation using PRINCE2 methodologies in Smartsheet.
 * Update and create action logs, diary entries, and meeting minutes for senior managers and project stakeholders.
 * Communicate clearly with stakeholders, management and staff groups; provide high-level support to senior managers in a corporate environment.
 * Train staff on new technologies, develop process maps, training materials and deliver training sessions.
 * Manage procurement and implementation of external suppliers, handling sensitive information with discretion.
 * Receive visitors and handle telephone queries in line with Trust policies.
 * Assist in the promotion of standardised processes and support the overall delivery of the transformational change project.
Qualifications
Essential
 * NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in Business Administration.
 * Experience undertaking a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties using computerised systems.
 * High level support to senior managers in a corporate environment.
 * Experience in a PRINCE2 environment and using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
 * Excellent organisational and time‑management skills; ability to work under pressure.
 * Strong written, verbal and listening skills; eye for detail.
Desirable
 * ECDL modules 1‑7.
 * PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
 * Experience creating and delivering training materials.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, or Adobe Captivate.
 * Experience facilitating presentations.
