KPi Education is working in partnership with a highly regarded multi-academy trust in East London to recruit an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join their SEND team, supporting pupils aged 11–25. This role offers flexibility, with opportunities for in-school, hybrid, or fully online delivery, depending on experience and service need. Key Requirements To be considered, you must : Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist Be HCPC registered Hold an enhanced DBS (child workforce) Have experience working with children and young people (4–25) Have experience supporting SEND and autistic/neurodivergent pupils Be confident in SaLT assessments, intervention planning, and report writing Be able to start ASAP Please note: This role is not suitable for newly qualified therapists. About the Role Full-time Speech and Language Therapist position Flexible delivery: on-site, hybrid, or online therapy Support pupils with communication needs, ASD, SEMH, and developmental language delay Carry out assessments and deliver targeted intervention programmes Produce high-quality reports to support EHCPs and reviews Collaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Provide direct therapy, modelling, and guidance to school staff Support the trust during a period of ongoing permanent recruitment Ideal Candidate Profile Confident, proactive, and able to work autonomously Strong knowledge of communication disorders and evidence-based interventions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compassionate, professional, and committed to improving outcomes for SEND pupils Comfortable delivering online/remote therapy sessions where required Why Work Through KPi Education?
