This is a key role ensuring our raw materials are processed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. What You’ll Be Doing As Wash Plant Supervisor, you will lead the wash plant team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include: Operational Leadership Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the wash plant team Ensure consistent production flow and minimise downtime Quality & Compliance Maintain high standards in raw material washing and handling Carry out regular quality checks to protect product integrity Training & People Development Train new and existing team members Build a positive, safe, and supportive team culture Equipment & Process Control Oversee equipment checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance Troubleshoot issues and escalate where necessary Reporting & Documentation Record production metrics accurately Report any variances or issues to the management team What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you have: Experience in food manufacturing, production, factory operations or supervisory roles Strong leadership or team‑leading ability Good awareness of health & safety and food quality standards Ability to work effectively on backshift A hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset (Experience in vegetable or fresh produce processing is a bonus, but training can be provided.)
