My client, an innovative, eco-conscious Multidisciplinary Consultancy is searching for a Civil Engineer with a focus on Flood Risk and Drainage to join their diverse team of engineering and design specialists, near the lively, richly-cultural city of Liverpool.
Essential Criteria:
1. An Initial or Higher Degree in Civil Engineering, Hydrology, or similar relevant discipline
2. A specific interest in flood risk and drainage
3. Demonstrable experience of having worked in a design-based role within a consultancy
4. Experience of working with flood risk and drainage strategies, including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs)
5. Good working knowledge of the relevant Section Agreements (including S38, S104, S106, etc.)
6. Competent in the use of Flood Modeller, InfoDrainage, and a range of similar software packages
7. The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
