We’re looking for people who understand how software actually breaks in production and how security issues emerge in real, live systems. You will work with realistic application security scenarios to help AI systems learn how to assess, prioritize, and remediate risk.

Organization: Alignerr Position: Application Security Analyst Type: Contract / Task-Based Compensation: $38–$60 /hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
* Review and analyze application security scenarios across code, APIs, and system behavior.
* Classify vulnerabilities such as authentication flaws, injection risks, and business logic issues.
* Evaluate secure coding practices and remediation strategies.
* Help create and validate security-focused reasoning datasets that teach AI how to assess application risks accurately.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years in application, product, or software security roles.
* Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 and common production vulnerabilities.
* Ability to distinguish real exploitability from theoretical risk.
* Clear written communication and structured security reasoning.
