About the Role The Shopper Marketing Executive plays a vital role in inspiring more shoppers, on more occasions, to choose our brands along the path to purchase. This position is responsible for implementing shopper marketing strategies across our portfolio, bringing our vision to life within designated customers or channels. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the Executive will develop and execute creative activation plans that attract new shoppers, encourage repeat purchases, build category value, and enhance brand equity across both Soft Drinks and Beer categories. Role Responsibilities Support the implementation of shopper marketing strategies for key customers, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and annual operating priorities Develop and maintain rolling 1-year shopper marketing activation plans for assigned brands within designated customers/channels Create compelling sales toolkit content and point-of-purchase materials that drive brand awareness, grow drink incidence, and enhance the shopper experience Execute brand activation campaigns with clear objectives, tactics, KPIs, and evaluation metrics Collaborate with Customer Management teams to secure delivery of aligned campaigns through cross-functional engagement Track performance of shopper marketing activities through robust evaluation, ensuring compliance to plan and identifying risks and opportunities Support budget administration and media investment with customers Contribute to trade communications strategy when relevant, working with the Communications Events Manager Experience and Key Attributes Demonstrated understanding of Shopper Marketing principles and experience developing commercially-grounded creative marketing activities in retail/wholesale environments Strong project management capabilities with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Commercial acumen with solid category understanding and experience in budget management Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively in cross-functional teams Ability to engage and manage a wide network of stakeholders to deliver plans with key customers Creative thinking with a passion for developing innovative shopper marketing solutions Experience working with customers across different channels in a consumer-led organization is advantageous Our commitment to diversity equity & inclusion We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences - including those of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, ages, abilities, religions, and socioeconomic statuses.
