As a not-for-profit organisation run by therapists, for therapists, theyre dedicated to advancing and protecting their members' interests and career progression. We have a fantastic opportunity and seek a Compliance & Qualifications Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This role would highly suit a qualified Therapist thats looking for a change of role, whilst remaining within the therapy sector.
Qualifications and experience: 5 years experience as a qualified therapist and three years teaching experience. (Essential) 2 years or more working experience in the insurance industry. (Desirable) 2 years or more experience in a customer service management role. (Desirable)
Technical competence: Knowledge and understanding of one of the following i.e. Complementary, Beauty or Sports Therapies. (Essential) Knowledge and understanding of the National Qualifications Framework. (Essential) Knowledge and understanding of general insurance market and principles. (Desirable) Knowledge and understanding of insurance accounting systems including clients, underwriters. (Desirable) Knowledge and understanding of Policy wordings and all other documentation for all insurance products sold. (Desirable) Knowledge and understanding of Customer Relations Management (CRM) and other databases. (Desirable)
