Full stack Software Developer (.NET) – Onsite/Hybrid – Lancaster

Your day to day will consist of:
* Designing and developing end-to-end features across frontend and backend
* Building and maintaining scalable web applications using modern .NET technologies
* Work closely with stakeholders to translate real-world requirements into technical solutions
* Take ownership of system architecture and technical decisions
* Develop and consume RESTful APIs
* Ensure applications are secure, performant, and highly reliable
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (unit + integration testing)
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in production systems
* Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards, processes, and tooling
* Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
* Support ongoing product evolution by suggesting new features and improvements
Requirements
* 4+ years’ experience in software development
* Strong experience with C# / .NET
* Solid understanding of ASP.NET MVC
* Experience with APIs, Entity Framework, and database design
* Strong grasp of OOP, clean code, and software design principles
* Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
* Someone comfortable working independently and taking ownership
* Exposure to Azure / cloud-based systems
* Experience with SQL Server, IIS, or Windows environments
* Background working on regulated or data-sensitive systems

Initial onboarding is office-based for training and then moving 3 days onsite and 2 days working remotely
