Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join the Orthopaedic & Neurosurgery Team at Castle Hill Hospital. The successful candidate will act as a role model, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards in all aspects of their work.
Responsibilities
* Support the theatre team and foster a psychologically safe, inclusive environment where all staff feel heard and valued.
* Participate in theatre audits and quality improvement projects.
* Work 24‑hour shifts, 7 days a week, with a flexible attitude to meet the needs of the service.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to adapt well to change.
* At least 18 months of peri‑operative experience as a band 5 or above.
* Recent experience in theatres and a current mentorship qualification.
