This role can be full-time or part-time, offering a salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 and benefits.
As an Educational Psychologist, you will be part of a close-knit multi-disciplinary team, delivering personalised psychological assessments and support strategies for students.
They will also consider candidates with less experience, offering funded training and support.
You will be responsible for:
1. Carrying out in-depth psychological assessments to identify individual needs.
2. Collaborating with staff and families to design tailored support strategies.
3. Offering both direct and indirect therapeutic interventions.
4. Providing expert guidance and training to staff to embed consistent approaches.
5. Supporting students with high potential who present with autism, anxiety, and sensory-related barriers.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as an Educational Psychologist, School Psychologist, Psychologist, or in a similar role.
2. Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience.
3. Experience supporting neurodivergent young people with complex needs.
4. A strong understanding of school-related trauma and masking.
5. HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
6. Hold a bachelor's degree.
7. Right to work in the UK.
