Role Overview
Weâre looking for a Head of E-commerce to own and scale PerfectTedâs entire digital commerce function â from D2C to marketplaces.
This is a senior, strategic role for an ambitious eâcommerce leader who has already proven they can scale a consumer business from singleâdigit to doubleâdigit millions in revenue quickly.
Youâll balance revenue and brand KPIs, ensuring PerfectTedâs digital commerce is not just about conversion but about building longâterm brand equity and immediate awareness gains. Most importantly, youâll have the freedom to build tomorrowâs digital team today â putting AI, automation, and new discovery channels at the forefront of how we operate.
Key Responsibilities
* Eâcommerce Growth Strategy â Define and deliver the roadmap for D2C, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and future platforms.
* Revenue & Brand KPIs â Own both commercial targets and brandâbuilding metrics, ensuring growth aligns with PerfectTedâs challenger brand.
* Commercial & P&L Ownership â Lead forecasting, budgeting, and profitability across all eâcom channels.
* FutureâProofing & Innovation â Build tomorrowâs digital team today, embedding AI, automation, and attribution innovation into the way we work.
* Team Leadership & Marketing Collaboration â Build and lead the eâcommerce team while working in lockstep with marketing to align traffic, campaigns, and creative.
Requirements
* Proven Head of E-commerce with success scaling from singleâdigit to doubleâdigit millions in revenue.
* 7â10 years in highâgrowth consumer eâcommerce (tech, fashion, beauty, or other innovative sectors â not necessarily F&B).
* Commercially sharp: handsâon P&L management, forecasting, and margin optimisation.
* Deep knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and marketplaces.
* Strong grasp of AI, automation, and attribution â futureâfacing and innovative.
* Skilled at working to both commercial and brand KPIs.
* Experienced people leader, confident in building and developing teams.
* Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and comfortable operating in a fastâpaced, founderâled challenger brand.

* Knowledge of retail media and omniâchannel integration.
