Job summary: This post will support the co-ordination and delivery of the organisation's annual business plan and priority projects. This requires a flexible and responsive approach and will provide the postholder with an interesting variety of work. To succeed in this role, you will need experience of providing project or programme management support within a complex environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly in an evolving and fast paced environment.

Main duties of the job
As Delivery Programme Coordinator you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating the delivery of a range of projects, programmes and initiatives that form part of NICE's business plan.
* Maintaining project plan trackers, action logs, milestone and risk registers.
* Providing secretariat support to Programme Boards and other key meetings.
* Providing progress reports on assignments for which they have responsibility and escalating risks, issues or exception items where necessary.
* Overseeing and/or providing administrative and diary management support to the senior staff.
* Coordinating and supporting meetings relating to the Directorate.
* Gathering and analysing data and producing reports and presentation slides.
* Supporting external engagement by senior managers.

Person Specification
Education: Relevant degree, NVQ Level 6, or equivalent qualification, or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience and further training/development.
Experience: Experience of providing administrative and coordination support to senior staff, including supporting governance groups or project boards, coordinating meetings, producing accurate minutes, and maintaining action/risk logs to support reporting and programme delivery.
Skills: Excellent project planning and organisational skills, with ability to co-ordinate and prioritise work across different projects. Ability to communicate confidently with individuals at all levels, using tact and persuasive skills as appropriate. Ability to use Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Project) to produce accurate documents and reports.
