A dynamic, design-led architectural practice in Altrincham is looking to appoint a Senior Architect to join its expanding team. Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and delivery of commercial and mixed-use projects from concept through to completion
* Oversee the production of planning, tender, and construction packages using ArchiCAD
* Manage consultant and contractor coordination across all project stages
* Represent the practice in client and site meetings, ensuring clear communication and design integrity
* Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a positive studio culture
Skills and Experience:
* ARB-registered architect with significant post-Part III experience in senior or job-running roles
* Proven design leadership with strong technical expertise and attention to detail
* Proficient in ArchiCAD with experience delivering projects in the UK
* A confident communicator with excellent presentation and coordination skills
* In-depth knowledge of UK planning policy and building regulations essential
