An established and growing international organisation is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships and manage a high-performing Key Account team.
This is a senior commercial leadership role within a regulated, safety-critical environment, supporting major Energy, Oil & Gas and Industrial clients.
The Role
* Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers to deliver and exceed annual sales targets
* Hold strategic responsibility for large, complex B2B accounts
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Energy and Industrial sectors
* Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Oversee pipeline management, forecasting and CRM governance
* Work closely with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy
* Ensure excellent customer experience across high-value, regulated accounts
The Ideal Background
* Proven experience managing account management or sales teams within Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction or other regulated industries
* Strong track record of delivering against revenue targets
* Experience handling large, complex client accounts
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation and contract management skills
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute growth plans
* Comfortable engaging at Director / C-suite level
