Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Dentist to take on a dual clinical and leadership role within Bankhouse Dental Care, Airdrie, combining 2–3 days of clinical practice with dedicated time to lead, influence, and help shape the future direction of the team.
This unique opportunity lets you deliver hands‑on patient care while playing a central role in how high‑quality care is delivered, how teams perform, and how the practice evolves.
Role Structure
- Work 2–3 days per week clinically within the practice as an Associate Dentist
- Dedicate approximately 4 hours per week to leadership responsibilities within the Practice Clinical Lead function
- Combine hands‑on dentistry with protected time to support team development, clinical standards, and practice performance
- Flexibility to shape your contribution depending on the pathway you choose and practice requirements

- Support, mentor, and develop the clinical team
- Champion governance, best practice, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to decision‑making and strategic direction
About You
- GDC‑registered dentist with strong clinical experience
- Natural leader who communicates with clarity and builds trust
- Committed to high‑quality, patient‑centred care
- Motivated to develop others and improve practice performance
- Interested in shaping the future direction of the practice
