play a pivotal role in delivering enterprise-grade platforms for a range of UK-based Public & Private sector customers.
About the Role
1. Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules.
2. Define technical standards, best practices, andernance for ServiceNow implementations.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
4. Mentor development teams and ensure alignment with architectural principles.
5. Stay ahead of the curve by advising on new ServiceNow capabilities and integrations.
What We’re Looking For
6. Experience in delivering solutions in a consultative / advisory capacity
7. Proven experience as a ServiceNow SME inplex enterprise environments.
8. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, and integrations.
9. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.
10. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in multiple modules) are highly desirable.
