We are hiring an Operations Lead to manage the Sub-Same Day (SSD) business as part of specialty fulfillment. This role is a key part of the centralized supply chain planning at Amazon India. The incumbent will collaborate with Program Managers, Operations, and Business Teams to plan and execute supply chain functions. The role involves establishing mechanisms to ensure effective inputs are shared from an S&OP perspective with stakeholders, managing both speed and cost for the channel. Ownership begins from site code creation to launch.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
1. Working with supply chain, operations, SME, Transportation, and other Amazon teams to coordinate S&OP activities.
2. Owning S&OP-related reports and conducting deep dives.
3. Sending weekly updates on critical projects using query-based tools and Excel.
4. Managing capacity configurations on the system.
5. Performing deep dives on escalations from stakeholders related to speed.
6. Providing critical support during peak events for system configurations.
7. Liaising across functions to drive projects and resolve issues and bottlenecks.

Basic qualifications include:
* 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
* Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
* Some experience managing system configurations in any domain.
