Looking for a steady HGV driving job with great pay and hours? Join ADR Network as an HGV Class 1 Driver for PepsiCo, working with XPO, one of the leading transport companies in the UK. Enjoy pre-booked shifts, clean vehicles, with no manual handling. We have 6 weeks of guaranteed work for drivers starting between 06:00 – 12:00.
Pay Rates:
* Days (06.00 – 18.00): £16.50 per hour
* Nights (18.00 – 06.00): £17.50 per hour
* Weekends: up to £19.50 per hour
* Holiday pay is accrued separately
You'll be delivering food and drink products, starting from a well-organised depot in Leicester, using clean, well-maintained vehicles. This work is easy, no-touch runs to distribution centres and Cash and Carry depots.
Typically driving a 13-meter curtain-sided vehicle, you will be unloaded at delivery points, and there will be no requirement to handball any goods. There are also plenty of trunking shifts where you can enjoy a full day of driving.
Shift lengths are between 10-12 hours. There is a range of shift patterns, so we can help you find a schedule that aligns with your personal and professional commitments.
NOTE – From July 2025, we have 6 weeks of guaranteed work for a limited number of drivers starting between 06.00 and midday.
Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
* Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
* Minimum 6 months of recent HGV driving experience required
* No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
