Position Overview

You will support the food and consumer goods business with sales enablement, direct customer outreach, and brand building strategies and tactics. The role includes leading the creation of diverse content and sales materials, training and developing sales teams, planning and executing customer events, and providing data intelligence as needed. You will also support ABM activities to protect and grow market share for GPI and align with GPI business, cultural, financial, and operational objectives.


Responsibilities

* Lead and deliver sales enablement strategies such as content creation, content audits, and sales training.
* Build presentations and communications tools to deliver and communicate information.
* Lead Account Based Marketing (ABM) marketing activities in conjunction with the sales and business development teams.
* Support planning and execution of customer events, including presenting as subject matter expert as needed.
* Support sales teams with information as needed regarding market trends, packaging trends, thought leadership, and more.
* Identify, analyze, and maintain market data and intelligence to determine growth potential for packaging solutions with current and potential customers.
* Champion marketing tools such as Highspot and Monday.com.
* Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

* 3‑4 years of marketing experience (required).
* 3‑4 years of experience with a CPG, beverage, e‑commerce, or packaging company (preferred).
* 3‑4 years of experience in marketing data solutions, including (preferred).
* 1‑3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, and/or product marketing (preferred).


Education & Knowledge & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree or relevant career experience in marketing, data analytics, or a related field (required).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily PowerPoint & Excel).
* Ability to work with teams through complex, cross‑functional projects.
* Proven project management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Ability to interpret product features and create customer‑oriented sales support materials.
* Strong self‑starter with results‑oriented background and limited oversight.
* Ability to utilize market intelligence and data from various sources to identify trends and present key findings.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels and cultures.
* Driving license required.
* Fluent business English required; additional languages a plus.
* Knowledge of marketing tools such as CRM systems is a plus.


Schedule Demands

* General schedule is an 8‑hour Monday‑Friday assignment; alternate schedules including early mornings, nights, and weekends may be required.
* 10‑20% overnight travel (flying, driving, or by rail).


Physical Demands

* Sitting or standing for extended periods up to 8 hours.
* Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
* Reading computer screens or other electronic devices.
* Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.
