Our client is a dynamic and progressive legal firm specialising in residential property services. It is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within its Residential Conveyancing department.
The Role

* Generate new business and referral streams for residential conveyancing
* Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers and key partners
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the property sector
* Work closely with internal teams to monitor and optimise referral performance
* Meet and exceed business development targets
* Represent the firm at networking and industry events

About You

* Proven background in business development or sales within the property sector
* Strong understanding of residential conveyancing and the property market
* Experience in the legal sector
* Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
* Target-driven with strong negotiation and presentation abilities
