SENIOR HR GENERALIST - UK - BASINGSTOKE – 6 MONTHS FTC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
2. Provide support and guidance to management and staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive issues arise; advise and guide managers in the progressive disciplinary process; engage in reasonable accommodation decisions, investigation of employee complaints, and oversight of employee disciplinary meetings and terminations.
