Position Overview
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of rural property matters. You will provide expert advice to clients on valuations, estate management, and diversification projects, contributing directly to the success of the agricultural department and its clients.
Responsibilities
* Conduct rural and residential property valuations.
* Advise on Environmental Stewardship schemes.
* Manage various grant applications for clients.
* Oversee contract farming agreements.
* Handle sales and lettings of rural property.
* Manage compensation claims for clients.
* Prepare farm business tenancy agreements.
* Advise on rural planning and diversification.
Requirements
* MRICS qualified, preferably with Level 3 Valuation.
* Full CAAV member with FAAV status.
* Organised with strong attention to detail.
* Practical understanding of agriculture and rural life.
* Confident communication and client-facing skills.
* Able to work independently and in a team.
* Full UK driving licence and own transport.
